2. Services & Orders

2.1. Service Descriptions:

Descriptions for all social media services offered via the Diginz Panel are clearly provided. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and understood the relevant service description. Diginz does not accept refund claims due to failure to read service details.

2.2. Completion & Refunds:

In case an order is partially completed or canceled due to service issues, the remaining balance will be automatically refunded to your Diginz account. Unless otherwise stated, Diginz does not guarantee continuity, specific results, or performance for any social media service.

2.3. Prohibited Orders:

You may not place orders for accounts or content that violate platform policies or local laws. This includes but is not limited to fake accounts, adult content, spam, or any illegal activities.

2.4. Order Conflicts:

Do not place multiple orders simultaneously for the same profile, username, or link before previous orders are fully processed. Any resulting loss or delay will be the user’s sole responsibility.

2.5. Account Verification:

Orders should not be placed for accounts that are unverified by email, SMS, or are newly created. Diginz is not responsible for losses if these guidelines are not followed.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, technical data, business models, and software on Diginz websites and applications are the exclusive property of Diginz or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, translate, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

4.1. Data Protection:

User information and transaction records are kept strictly confidential in line with our Privacy Policy. These may only be shared with official authorities upon lawful request.

4.2. Payment Security:

You may cancel your Diginz account by submitting a written request through our support channels. Upon cancellation, all rights to your remaining balance or credits will be forfeited, and no claims will be accepted.

7. Refund Policy

All balances, credits, or payments uploaded to Diginz accounts are non-refundable except in cases where Diginz management deems a refund appropriate. Diginz does not guarantee any activity or decrease rates for social media services, as platforms may change policies at any time. Refunds are only issued automatically if an order cannot be fulfilled or is partially completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Diginz is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to account suspensions, content removal by third-party platforms, or policy updates by social media companies.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising shall be resolved by the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Diginz is legally registered.
