By creating an account, placing an order, adding funds, using our services, contacting support, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Scope of Services
Diginz provides digital social media marketing services, including but not limited to social media engagement services, visibility services, promotional packages, digital marketing support, and related online service packages for supported platforms.
Our services are digital, intangible, non-physical, and are generally delivered electronically through third-party networks, technical infrastructure, external providers, APIs, automation systems, and platform-based delivery channels. No physical goods are shipped.
Diginz does not own, operate, represent, or control Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Telegram, X, Discord, Twitch, LinkedIn, Google, Meta, ByteDance, Apple, or any other third-party social media, streaming, search, or digital platform unless expressly stated otherwise. All trademarks, logos, platform names, and brand names belong to their respective owners.
3. Legal Capacity and Account Responsibility
By using Diginz, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity required under the laws applicable to you. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, company, agency, organization, or another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity or person to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, email address, password, payment details, order information, API credentials, and any activity occurring under your account. Any action taken through your account will be deemed authorized unless you can clearly prove unauthorized access and notify us immediately.
We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, abuse support, misuse payment systems, perform suspicious activity, create multiple accounts for abuse, or create legal, financial, reputational, operational, or compliance risk for Diginz.
4. Nature of Digital Services
You acknowledge and agree that Diginz provides digital services that may begin processing immediately after an order is placed or after funds are added to your account. Once an order is submitted, it may be routed to internal systems, external suppliers, SocPanel infrastructure, API providers, or other technical delivery channels.
Because services are digital, automated, supplier-dependent, and often begin shortly after order placement, orders may not always be cancellable, reversible, editable, refundable, or interruptible once submitted.
5. Pricing, Currency and Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, prices on Diginz are displayed and charged in EUR.
We may change prices, package details, limits, minimum order quantities, maximum order quantities, delivery estimates, discount rates, service availability, and service descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Prices may vary depending on supplier costs, exchange rates, market conditions, social media platform restrictions, technical availability, payment processor costs, fraud risk, compliance requirements, and other commercial or operational factors.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, bank charges, card fees, foreign exchange fees, payment processor fees, crypto network fees, wallet fees, VAT, withholding obligations, or other charges that may apply in your jurisdiction, unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Payments
Diginz may accept payments through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:
Credit card and local payment methods: processed through PayTR where available.
Cryptocurrency payments: processed through Heleket where available.
Other supported methods: as displayed on the Platform from time to time.
Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers. Diginz does not control the technical operation, authorization process, risk scoring, verification rules, compliance checks, settlement timing, refund capacity, decline reasons, or availability of third-party payment providers.
By making a payment, you confirm that:
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The payment information provided is accurate, complete, and lawful.
The payment is not fraudulent, unauthorized, disputed in bad faith, or connected to illegal activity.
You will not initiate false, abusive, or dishonest chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or claims.
You understand that digital services may begin immediately after payment or order submission.
7. Account Balance and Deposits
Funds added to your Diginz account are converted into account balance for use on the Platform. Account balance is not a bank deposit, e-money account, investment product, financial instrument, crypto custody service, stored value card, or regulated payment account.
Account balance may only be used to purchase eligible services on Diginz. Unless required by mandatory applicable law, deposited account balance is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or any other monetary equivalent.
We reserve the right to reject, hold, review, reverse, or request additional verification for any deposit that appears suspicious, unauthorized, high-risk, fraudulent, incorrectly sent, underpaid, overpaid, duplicated, sanctioned, linked to abuse, or otherwise problematic.
8. Cryptocurrency Payments
Cryptocurrency payments may be processed through Heleket or other supported crypto payment providers. Crypto payments are subject to blockchain network rules, confirmation times, miner fees, gas fees, exchange rate volatility, wallet accuracy, and processor-specific requirements.
You are solely responsible for sending the correct cryptocurrency, correct amount, correct network, correct wallet address, correct memo/tag if required, and completing the payment within the required time window. Payments sent to the wrong address, wrong chain, wrong network, wrong token, missing memo/tag, expired invoice, or incorrect amount may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable or refundable.
Crypto payments are generally irreversible. Refunds, if exceptionally approved, may be made in EUR account balance, original cryptocurrency, another cryptocurrency, or another method chosen by Diginz, after deducting applicable fees, network costs, processor costs, exchange losses, administrative costs, and risk costs.
9. Order Placement
Before placing an order, you must carefully review the service description, minimum and maximum quantities, link format, target platform, estimated start time, estimated completion time, refill terms, cancellation rules, service limitations, and any special notes displayed on the Platform.
You are solely responsible for submitting accurate order details, including but not limited to usernames, profile links, post links, video links, channel links, target links, quantities, comments, instructions, and any other required information.
Diginz is not responsible for failed, delayed, partial, incorrect, or non-refundable orders caused by:
Wrong, private, restricted, unavailable, deleted, changed, broken, duplicate, or inaccessible links.
Incorrect usernames, invalid URLs, or unsupported formats.
Changing the link, username, profile, post, video, privacy setting, or content after ordering.
Placing multiple orders on the same link at the same time.
Ordering from Diginz and another provider simultaneously for the same target.
Platform updates, algorithm changes, API restrictions, account limitations, or moderation actions.
Violation of social media platform rules or third-party terms.
Any issue outside the reasonable control of Diginz.
10. Delivery Estimates
Any start time, delivery time, completion time, speed, refill period, retention estimate, drop rate estimate, or performance estimate shown on Diginz is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding guarantee.
Delivery may be delayed, interrupted, slowed, partially completed, restarted, cancelled, or changed due to supplier availability, queue volume, platform restrictions, API limitations, moderation actions, technical problems, payment review, fraud checks, public holidays, maintenance, or force majeure events.
Delay alone does not automatically entitle you to a refund, chargeback, compensation, cancellation, damages, account credit, or price reduction unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
11. No Guaranteed Results
Diginz does not guarantee fame, sales, revenue, conversions, monetization, account growth, engagement quality, retention, ranking, verification, algorithmic advantage, influencer status, music chart placement, platform approval, advertising performance, business success, or any specific commercial result.
Social media platforms may remove, reduce, hide, audit, review, restrict, suspend, demonetize, shadow-limit, flag, or otherwise modify engagement, content, accounts, pages, channels, or posts at any time. Diginz is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.
12. Refill, Warranty and Retention
Some services may include a refill option, retention estimate, or limited service warranty only if expressly stated in the service description. If no refill or warranty is stated, no refill or warranty applies.
Refill requests may be denied if:
The refill period has expired.
The original link is unavailable, private, deleted, changed, restricted, or inaccessible.
The target account, page, post, video, or channel has been modified.
You placed another order on the same link before the refill request.
The drop cannot be verified through our systems or supplier systems.
The service description excludes refill or retention guarantees.
The platform has removed, filtered, reviewed, or adjusted the activity.
Abuse, manipulation, or suspicious activity is detected.
13. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processing, in progress, partially completed, completed, queued with a supplier, submitted to an API, or otherwise technically initiated.
Cancellation requests may be considered only when an order has not started, has not been routed to a supplier, and is technically cancellable. Approval of cancellation is at Diginz’s discretion unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Refund Policy
Due to the digital, intangible, automated, and supplier-dependent nature of our services, all sales are generally final once an order is submitted or service performance has started.
Refunds may be issued as Diginz account balance, original payment method refund, partial credit, service replacement, or another reasonable solution selected by Diginz, depending on the payment method, payment provider limitations, order status, supplier response, and applicable law.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Incorrect, broken, private, restricted, deleted, changed, or inaccessible links.
Orders placed for the wrong service, wrong quantity, wrong platform, or wrong target.
Completed or partially completed services.
Delays within a reasonable technical or supplier-dependent timeframe.
Platform removals, drops, audits, filtering, moderation, bans, or algorithm changes.
Failure to read the service description, terms, notes, or warnings before ordering.
Duplicate orders, overlapping orders, or orders placed with multiple providers.
Change of mind after service initiation.
Fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or policy-violating activity.
Cryptocurrency mistakes made by the user, including wrong network or wrong address.
Where mandatory consumer law requires a refund, Diginz will comply with such mandatory legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. EU and Turkish Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Türkiye, or another jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer rights, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain distance contracts.
However, by purchasing digital services from Diginz, adding account balance for immediate use, or placing an order, you expressly request and consent that performance of the digital service may begin immediately before the withdrawal period expires.
You acknowledge that once service performance has started, or once digital service delivery has been initiated, processed, queued, partially delivered, completed, or made available, your right of withdrawal may be lost or limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For this reason, you must not place an order or add funds unless you are sure that you want the digital service to begin. If you do not want immediate service performance, you must not submit an order.
16. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes and Abuse
You agree not to initiate any false, abusive, dishonest, or bad-faith chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, fraud claim, unauthorized payment claim, or bank complaint after receiving account balance, order processing, partial delivery, completed delivery, support assistance, or any other benefit from Diginz.
In the event of a chargeback, dispute, reversal, payment fraud, unauthorized payment claim, suspicious activity, or payment abuse, Diginz may:
Suspend or terminate your account.
Freeze account balance and pending orders.
Cancel active orders where technically possible.
Recover costs, fees, penalties, processor fees, legal fees, and administrative expenses.
Submit evidence to banks, PayTR, Heleket, card networks, payment processors, authorities, or legal representatives.
Report fraud, abuse, identity misuse, stolen card usage, or cybercrime to relevant authorities.
Share necessary transaction, account, order, IP, device, communication, and usage information as legally permitted or required.
If a chargeback or dispute is resolved in your favor despite completed or partially completed digital service delivery, Diginz reserves the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding amount, service value, fees, losses, and legal costs to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Diginz for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, hateful, violent, discriminatory, exploitative, infringing, spam-related, or platform-violating purpose.
You must not order services for or in connection with:
Illegal content, scams, phishing, malware, hacking, impersonation, fraud, or identity theft.
Stolen accounts, compromised accounts, fake payment methods, or unauthorized access.
Child exploitation, sexual exploitation, non-consensual content, or abuse-related content.
Extreme violence, terrorism, illegal weapons, human trafficking, or organized crime.
Hate speech, harassment, targeted abuse, threats, or unlawful discrimination.
Adult, pornographic, explicit, or sexually exploitative content where prohibited by service rules.
Political manipulation, election interference, fake news, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or illegal propaganda.
Content that violates the terms of any third-party platform.
Any activity that may expose Diginz to legal, regulatory, reputational, financial, or operational risk.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, suspend, or remove any order that we believe violates these Terms, third-party platform rules, applicable law, or our internal risk standards.
18. User Content and Submitted Links
You are solely responsible for all links, usernames, posts, comments, texts, media, profiles, instructions, and other materials submitted to Diginz. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to submit such content and request services related to it.
Diginz does not endorse user-submitted content and is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, safety, compliance, or platform status of any user-submitted link or material.
19. Third-Party Platforms
Your use of social media platforms and third-party websites is governed by their own terms, policies, community guidelines, advertising policies, algorithmic systems, and enforcement rules.
Diginz is not responsible for any suspension, ban, restriction, removal, shadow limitation, demonetization, loss of verification, loss of reach, content removal, account review, or other action taken by any third-party platform.
20. Third-Party Infrastructure and Suppliers
Diginz may use third-party infrastructure, technology, providers, APIs, suppliers, processors, and software systems to operate the Platform and deliver services.
The panel infrastructure may be provided by SocPanel. Payment services may be provided by PayTR, Heleket, and other payment partners where applicable.
You acknowledge that service availability, order processing, delivery speed, technical uptime, payment confirmation, support information, API responses, and order statuses may depend on third-party systems outside Diginz’s direct control.
Diginz is not liable for third-party outages, API errors, supplier failures, processor delays, infrastructure downtime, incorrect external data, social media platform restrictions, payment provider decisions, or interruptions caused by external systems.
21. API Usage
If Diginz provides API access, you must use it responsibly, securely, and only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for protecting your API keys and integrations. Any order submitted through your API key will be considered authorized by you.
We may limit, suspend, rotate, revoke, or terminate API access at any time in cases of abuse, excessive requests, suspicious activity, technical risk, policy violations, unpaid amounts, security concerns, or operational necessity.
22. Support and Communications
Support may be provided through tickets, email, website forms, or other channels made available by Diginz. We aim to respond within a reasonable time but do not guarantee instant response, specific resolution time, or specific outcome.
You must communicate respectfully and truthfully. Abuse, threats, harassment, spam, blackmail, defamatory claims, repeated duplicate tickets, false accusations, or manipulation attempts may result in account restriction or termination.
23. Service Descriptions and Errors
We make reasonable efforts to keep service descriptions, pricing, availability, delivery estimates, and instructions accurate. However, errors, omissions, outdated information, supplier changes, typographical mistakes, technical bugs, or incorrect data may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update descriptions, cancel incorrectly priced orders, change service terms, or refuse orders affected by obvious mistakes, supplier issues, abuse, or technical problems.
24. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, layout, text, graphics, software, service structure, documentation, pricing logic, interface elements, databases, and materials on Diginz are owned by or licensed to Diginz unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, mirror, frame, distribute, modify, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.
25. Data Protection and Privacy
Diginz processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including where applicable the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Turkish personal data protection rules, e-commerce rules, consumer protection requirements, and other relevant legal obligations.
We may process account data, order data, payment-related data, technical data, IP addresses, device information, support communications, fraud prevention data, transaction records, security logs, and compliance data for purposes such as account operation, service delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, customer support, analytics, security, and platform improvement.
Third-party providers such as PayTR, Heleket, SocPanel, hosting providers, analytics providers, fraud prevention tools, email providers, support tools, and other technical partners may process data as independent controllers, processors, or sub-processors depending on the context.

26. Security
You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass, exploit, or interfere with Diginz, its systems, APIs, payment flows, supplier connections, databases, or security measures.
Any unauthorized access attempt, fraud attempt, bot abuse, credential stuffing, API abuse, payment abuse, vulnerability exploitation, or malicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities and may result in civil or criminal action.
27. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Diginz complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you, including but not limited to consumer laws, advertising laws, platform rules, tax laws, data protection laws, e-commerce laws, intellectual property laws, sanctions rules, anti-fraud rules, and financial crime rules.
You must not use Diginz if doing so is prohibited in your country, region, industry, business, platform, or legal situation.
28. Sanctions, AML and High-Risk Activity
You must not use Diginz if you are located in, organized under the laws of, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of any country, region, person, entity, wallet, address, organization, or group subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, restrictions, or anti-money laundering controls.
We may refuse, freeze, review, or report transactions that appear suspicious, high-risk, sanctioned, fraudulent, illegal, linked to stolen funds, linked to stolen cards, linked to hacked accounts, or otherwise problematic.
29. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous availability of the Platform. Diginz may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, supplier issues, payment provider issues, cyberattacks, network failures, third-party outages, legal requirements, or force majeure events.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or replace any part of the Platform or service catalog at any time without liability, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diginz, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, suppliers, infrastructure providers, payment partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, exemplary, or economic damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, account suspension, content removal, platform penalties, lost opportunities, reputational harm, payment provider decisions, or social media platform actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diginz’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform, services, orders, payments, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Diginz for the specific disputed order giving rise to the claim, excluding taxes, fees, processor costs, crypto network fees, chargeback fees, bank fees, and third-party costs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct where such exclusion is prohibited.
31. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diginz, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, payment partners, infrastructure providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, chargeback costs, legal fees, regulatory actions, third-party complaints, or platform claims arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Your submitted links, content, instructions, or order details.
Your payment disputes, fraud claims, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment activity.
Your breach of third-party platform terms.
Your negligent, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
32. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, orders, balance access, API access, support access, or Platform access at any time if we believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for Diginz, abused payment systems, submitted unlawful orders, performed suspicious activity, or caused legal, financial, reputational, security, or operational risk.
In the event of termination for abuse, fraud, payment dispute, illegal activity, or serious violation, any remaining balance may be frozen, withheld, reduced, or used to offset losses, fees, chargebacks, penalties, supplier costs, legal costs, or administrative costs to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
33. Evidence, Logs and Records
For security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and operational purposes, Diginz may retain records such as account information, order logs, payment logs, transaction IDs, invoice data, IP addresses, device data, login records, support messages, API logs, timestamps, and supplier status records.
These records may be used as evidence in payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud investigations, legal claims, regulatory inquiries, criminal complaints, civil proceedings, or platform abuse reports.
34. Force Majeure
Diginz shall not be liable for any delay, failure, interruption, loss, or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, internet outages, data center failures, cyberattacks, payment provider outages, supplier failures, social media platform changes, API restrictions, government actions, legal restrictions, pandemics, power failures, blockchain congestion, or force majeure events.
35. Changes to These Terms
We may update, modify, replace, or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
If a change materially affects your rights and mandatory law requires notice, we will provide notice through reasonable means, such as website notice, account notice, or email notice.
36. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable commercial, consumer, data protection, e-commerce, and contract laws relevant to Diginz’s operations and the user’s location, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Where legally permitted, disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting Diginz at hi@diginz.com. If no amicable resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts and authorities determined under applicable law, mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, and relevant conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, Türkiye, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory rights granted by the laws of your habitual residence.
37. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced or interpreted by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original commercial and legal intent.
38. No Waiver
Failure by Diginz to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights. Any waiver must be made in writing to be effective.
39. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Diginz. Diginz may assign, transfer, subcontract, or delegate its rights and obligations to affiliates, successors, suppliers, infrastructure providers, or business partners where legally permitted.
40. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, service descriptions, payment instructions, order notes, and any additional policies published by Diginz, constitute the entire agreement between you and Diginz regarding use of the Platform.
